You can list diamonds with a maximum of 5 images and 5 videos

  • Videos: Ensure your video URL directs to a webpage specifically showcasing the diamond video, rather than a page containing diamond information and video. If the video does not show automatically in the media section, please get in touch with us and we'll add it there once we've checked the link you are uploading.

    • Click here to view a list of RapNet-approved diamond video providers.

    • We only accept secure links formatted with HTTPS.

Important: We highly recommend reading our Diamond Media Guidelines before uploading diamond media and your diamond images to RapNet's Media Library. Connect an image to a diamond

Read on to find out how, or jump to a section with these links:

Diamond Images

Step 1: Upload images to the Diamond Media Library.

Step 2: Connect images to diamonds:

There are 2 ways of adding diamond images to your diamonds

  1. One at a time: You can do this in 2 ways

    1. Method 1: Navigate to "Manage My Diamonds" > open the item page > edit > add media > click here for more guidance.

    2. Method 2: Access your Diamond Media Library > add & upload images > manually connect to a single diamond > click here for more guidance.

  2. Add images to multiple diamonds using a diamond inventory file:

    1. Save & Name your image files on your computer.

    2. If the image file name matches the diamond's stock or certificate number, it will automatically connect.

      • Example: Diamond Stock number = ABC123 auto-connects to image file name ABC123.jpg.

    3. If you have multiple images for a single diamond or if the file names don't match, input the file names into the Diamond Image column of your inventory file.

      • Suffix each filename with the image's format (e.g., .jpg/.png).

      • Use semi-colons to separate each image filename.

  3. Upload images: Go to RapNet's Media Library and upload images or use RapNet’s FTP to bulk upload diamond images to your RapNet Media Library easily.

Note: You can always manually connect images to diamonds: read this article to learn how.

Diamond Image Links

Ensure your image links end in either .jpg or .png. Include them in your inventory file by navigating to the Diamond Image field and copying/pasting your HTTPS image links.

Diamond Videos

Videos are always uploaded as URLs.

  1. If your video is on the RapNet-approved diamond video providers list: paste the Video Link field in the diamond image column.

  2. If your video is not on the list of RapNet-approved diamond video providers: Paste the link in the Diamond video URL column.

Example using whitelisted video link:

Go to field name Video Link field > copy/paste your HTTPS video links.

Important: You can only upload one video link per diamond!

Sarine Diamond Videos

You can fill in the Sarine Friendly name in the single upload form or under the column header Sarine Loupe if you are uploading using an inventory file.
Note: Sarine has a special URL formatted name. Once listed, the Sarine video instantly displays.
