In this troubleshooting guide, you'll find solutions for common issues related to uploading, managing, and displaying diamond images and videos on RapNet.

Images Not Showing on Diamond Item Page

If your images are missing, ensure they are in JPG or PNG format. If they are image links, confirm they end with .jpg or .png. For missing images in the Media Library, we recommend converting them into PNG or JPG and uploading them directly.

Video Not Showing on the Diamond Item Page

Videos must be hosted by RapNet’s whitelisted video providers and use secure HTTPS links. If the video is not whitelisted, it will appear under "Supplier Link" and will open in a new tab, but it won't display directly on the item page. Make sure your video meets these criteria for it to display correctly.

Image Files Not Auto-Connecting to Diamonds

Images automatically connect to diamonds when the filename matches the stock or certificate number (e.g., BR1000.jpg for stock number BR1000). For additional images, manually add them in the Diamond Image column of your inventory file. Use semi-colons to separate multiple image filenames and include the file extension (.jpg, .png).
