Step 2: Connect images to diamonds:
There are 2 ways of adding diamond images to your diamonds
One diamond at a time: You can do this in 2 ways
Go to Manage My Diamonds > open the item page > edit > add media > images: click here for more guidance
Go to your Diamond Media Library > add & upload images > manually connect to a single diamond: click here for more guidance.
Add images to multiple diamonds using a diamond inventory file:
Save & name your image files to your computer.
If the image file name matches the diamond's stock or certificate number, it will auto-connect to the correct diamond.
Example 1: Diamond Stock number = ABC123 auto connects to image file name ABC123.jpg
Example 2: Report number 2219938466 auto connects to image filename 2219938466.jpg
If you have more than one image for a single diamond or the file names do not match the diamonds' stock or certificate numbers, the images will only auto-connect if you type the file names into the Diamond Image column of your inventory file.
Upload images: Go to RapNet's Media Library and upload images or use RapNet’s FTP to bulk upload diamond images to your RapNet Media Library easily.
Note: You can always manually connect images to diamonds: read this article to learn how.
