You can upload images to RapNet’s Diamond Media Library using one of these methods:

  • One by one

  • Zip folder

  • CSV file with image links suffixed in PNG or JPG.

We recommend square images with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 1280 for optimal quality.

Once your images are in the media library, they will auto-connect to diamonds if the image filename matches the stock or certificate numbers.

If you have multiple images for one diamond or the image filenames do not match stock or certificate numbers, you can manually match images to uploaded diamonds via the media library or the diamond's item page. Scroll to the bottom of this page for relevant articles.

Important Note:
We recommend reading our Diamond Media Guidelines before uploading Diamond media.

Once your images are uploaded to the media library, you can easily connect them to your diamonds. Click here to read more.

Upload image files one by one or in a zip file

Watch this video or continue reading below.

  1. Go to RapNet's Media Library > Upload New Media.

  2. Drag & Drop or Browse a single image or zip folder with images:

    • Images filenames matching the stock/cert number will auto-connect to the diamonds.

Upload CSV file with image links

  1. Upload HTTPS diamond image links ending in JPG or PNG to your Media Library. Images are automatically saved.

  2. If the link URL matches your diamond stock or certificate number, the image connects automatically. Otherwise, connect the diamond image manually in your media library.

  3. Prepare a CSV file with one single column for the links, no column header is required.

  4. RapNet's Media Library > Upload New Media > Upload CSV with Image Links.

  5. Drag & Drop or Browse your CSV File > RapNet processes your file.

  6. RapNet emails you a report with the status of each uploaded link.

FTP: Recommended for Uploading Multiple Images

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a safe way of transferring image files from your computer directly to another computer.

Using RapNet’s FTP, you can easily upload diamond images to your RapNet Media Library.
