Your staff can search your website for a diamond or jewelry item on behalf of a client, and then send you an inquiry directly from the item page, the same way a customer would.

  1. Select the item > Click Make an Inquiry

  2. Fill in customer's contact information > Hit Send (detailed explanation here)
