Whitelisted or Extracted Media
Members can upload up to 5 images and 5 videos per diamond.
If the video is on our extract or whitelist, it appears in the media carousel.
Click on the media to pop up and enlarge, and mouse over to play the video
Note: We currently extract videos solely from web pages dedicated to showcasing the diamond video, and not from pages that include other diamond information alongside them.

The link icon signifies that the seller has provided a direct link to their external webpage featuring images or videos.

Guidelines for Featuring Your Images and Videos in the Media Carousel
Images: Upload the images in .jpg or .png format to the RapNet Media Library. We recommend using FTP for smooth upload. Click here for guidance or chat with us!
Videos: Ensure your video URL directs to a webpage specifically showcasing the diamond video, rather than a page containing diamond information and video. If the video does not show automatically in the media section, please contact us and we'll add it there once we've checked the link that you are uploading.
