Finding your Diamond Item page for your listed diamonds and actions on the page

Manage My Diamonds -Item Page

To find your diamond item page, go to Manage My Diamonds and click on the diamond item page icon.

  1. Lot #: Unique number for your diamond

  2. Diamond Title

  3. Media section. You can load multiple images plus one video. Click here to read more about uploading diamonds or click here to learn about "Managing My Diamonds"

    1. The image displays on the item page if it was uploaded directly to RapNet in jpg or png format.

    2. The seller can delete the diamond image from their diamond item page. Click here to read more about uploading diamond images to your diamond item pages.

  4. Full Diamond Details, including a link to the Grading Report if available

  5. Action buttons:

    1. Edit: Edit and update your diamond

    2. Share your diamond with your contacts or add a new email address.

      Create a public link that allows you to choose whether to add a markup price or remove the price entirely. This link can be easily shared on social media, such as Facebook, or copied and pasted anywhere. You can preview the page that will be shared with your customers before sending it.

  6. Positioning and Ranking information, Price, and Availability

    1. View your diamond’s positioning and ranking status.

    2. Use the calculator to make sure you are pricing your diamond competitively.

    3. Use the price simulator to check what would be your diamond’s position if you edited your price.

    4. Ranking: Access your settings to customize your sizing groups and define your diamond property flexibilities when using the ranking tool. Click here to learn more


Update Link

Updating diamond product fields on Rapnet image

We've added an Update link to the following fields wherever data is missing:

  • Media

  • BGM

  • Shade

  • Inclusions

Clicking on these links brings you to your Edit Diamond page so that you can update the diamond.
