If you're unable to view messages in Trade Center, it may be due to your browser's site settings, particularly if you're using Google Chrome.
To fix this:
Open Chrome and go to: chrome://settings/content/cookies
Under “Sites that can always use cookies,” add the following:
[*.]sendbird.com (Sendbird is our secure messaging provider)
This will allow Trade Center messages to load properly.
