Easily track the progress of your trades by understanding what each status means and where to find them in your account.
Active Trades
Active trades are open, ongoing offers where Mazal hasn’t been finalized or the trade hasn’t been completed yet.
These appear in your Active view for 14 days and can include new offers, counteroffers, and trades in progress.
Cancelled, Completed, and Archived Trades
Cancelled and completed trades remain in your Active view for 3 days to give you time to review and follow up.
After 3 days, they move to your Archive folder, where you can access them at any time for reference.
Expired or Incomplete Trades
Offers automatically expire after 14 days if Mazal isn’t agreed by the buyer and seller, and the trade hasn’t been completed.
You’ll see a red “About to expire” alert in the offer status before this happens.
Tip: If the other party isn’t responding in the Terms section, try messaging them directly using the Messages tab (to the right of Terms) for a better chance of a response.
Finding All Your Trades
All trades—active, inactive, expired, archived, or deleted—stay in your account for your future reference.
