Supported Browsers for RapNet

RapNet supports the latest 4 versions of the most commonly used browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari

Top Tip: Keep your browser up to date for the best performance and security.
Use updatemybrowser.org to check your version.

Trouble Logging in (White Screen)

If you see a white screen when logging in:

  1. Use a Supported Browser: Make sure you are using one of the browsers listed above.

  2. Update Your Operating System: Ensure your OS is up to date.

  3. Enable Cookies: RapNet requires cookies to load your account and display data correctly.

    1. Google Chrome

      • Go to Settings

      • Navigate to Privacy and security → Content settings

      • Enable cookies

    1. Internet Explorer

      • Go to Internet Options → Privacy → Advanced

      • Enable first-party and third-party cookies

    2. Safari

      • Go to Preferences → Privacy

      • Allow cookies and website data

    3. Mozilla Firefox

      • Go to Settings → Privacy & Security

      • Set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard

If you suspect someone else may be using your account:

Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Each user must have their own login.


Accessing RapNet

  • RapNet is available on desktop and through the mobile app.

  • Login credentials are issued to the registered member and are strictly limited to that individual. Passwords must not be shared with any third party.

  • Each person using RapNet must have their own login. If multiple users require access, additional users must be added to the account. Additional charges may apply.

  • Use of one login by multiple people, or in a way that violates RapNet’s security policy, may result in restricted access or account blocking.
