White Screen When Logging In?
Seeing a white screen when logging into RapNet? Here's how to fix it:
Use a Supported Browser: Make sure you're using one of the supported browsers (see above).
Update Your Operating System: Ensure you're using the latest version of your OS for better performance.
Enable Cookies: RapNet uses cookies to load your account and display data properly. Follow the steps for your browser:
Google Chrome:
Internet Explorer:
Click the Tools icon (gear icon) in the upper right, then select Internet Options.
Go to the Privacy tab and click Advanced.
Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked, and set both First-party and Third-party cookies to Accept.
Click OK and restart your browser.
Safari:
Open Safari and go to Preferences.
Click the Privacy tab.
Under Cookies and website data, choose Always allow
Mozilla Firefox:
Open the menu in the top right and go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard
