Resetting Your RapNet Password

To reset your password:​

  1. Navigate to the RapNet login page.

  2. Click on "Forgot Password?"

  3. Enter the email address associated with your RapNet account and click "Send Email."

  4. Check your email for a password reset link. Click on "Set my password."

  5. Enter and confirm your new password. Ensure it meets the following criteria:

    • Minimum of 8 characters

    • Includes at least three of the following:

      • Lowercase letters (a–z)

      • Uppercase letters (A–Z)

      • Numbers (0–9)

      • Special characters (e.g., @, #, $, %, &, *)

  6. Note: Your username is typically your account number or a variation of it. If unsure, contact your RapNet Account Manager​


Common Login Issues and Solutions

Incorrect Login Credentials

  • Username: Ensure you're entering your account number, not your email address.

  • Password: If forgotten, follow the password reset steps above.​

Issues on the RapNet App

  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

  • If the app crashes or redirects to the login page:

    • On Android devices:

      1. Go to Settings > Apps > RapNet

      2. Tap on Storage

      3. Tap "Clear Cache"

Multiple Device Logins

  • Always log out properly from devices after use.

  • Ensure no other team members are using your credentials. Each user should have individual login details.​

Browser Issues

  • Looping Login or 'Invalid State' Messages:

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

    • For Safari users:

      • On Mac:

        • Click Safari > Empty Cache, then click Empty.

      • On Windows:

        • Click Edit > Empty Cache, then click Empty.


Not Receiving Password Reset or Verification Emails

If you're not receiving expected emails from RapNet:

  1. Verify Email Address:

    • Ensure you're checking the correct email inbox associated with your RapNet account.​

  2. Check Spam/Junk Folders:

    • Sometimes, emails may be filtered into these folders.

    • If found, mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future delivery to your inbox.​

  3. Whitelist RapNet Email Addresses:

    • Add the following email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list:

      • For password resets: service@diamonds.net

      • For email change verifications: subscriptions@rapaport.com

  4. Consult Your IT Team:

    • Ask them to whitelist the following domains:

      • diamonds.net

      • rapaport.com

      • rapnet.com

    • Additionally, request them to allow emails from the following IP address ranges:

      • 54.174.60.0/23

      • 143.244.80.0/20

      • 18.208.124.128/25

      • 54.174.53.128/30

      • 158.247.16.0/20

      • 54.174.59.0/24

      • 54.174.63.0/24

      • 3.93.157.0/24

      • 54.174.52.0/24

      • 139.180.17.0/24

      • 54.174.57.0/24

      • 54.174.63.212

      • 158.247.25.99

  5. Engage with RapNet Emails:

    • Regularly open and interact with emails from RapNet to train your email client to recognize them as legitimate.
