RapNet Security and Access
RapNet provides API access for approved integrations and automated workflows.
Access to RapNet via API must follow RapNet’s usage and security policies. Login credentials and access tokens must not be shared or used outside of approved use cases.
Automated access must be explicitly authorised. Unauthorised automated access or misuse of credentials may result in restricted access.
Developer access does not change or override standard login and password policies.
For rules governing login credentials and account usage, refer to the Login Access and Password Policy.
RapNet Access for Employees
Please ensure that all employees who need RapNet access have their login set up, are listed in the system, and are verified by Rapaport.
Read this article for guidance on how to add additional members to your account.
RapNet Access for Programmers or Developers
Give your developer access to Rapaport APIs without sharing your RapNet login.
For security reasons, do not share your RapNet login credentials with your programmer.
API Credentials
To integrate features like the Price List or Instant Inventory feed, your developer needs a secure Client ID and Client Secret.
Important: Never share your personal RapNet login credentials with your developer.
Set Up API Access
Go to API Credentials and click Activate to generate your API credentials.
Share the Client ID and Client Secret with your developer.
They’ll use these to create a Login Token and securely connect to the API.
If you are having difficulty setting up API Credentials or Login Tokens, please go to our support page, where you can send us an email or chat with us directly.
