Match Your Columns: Match the field names in your uploaded CSV file to RapNet's Jewelry fields.
This step is only required if your column headers do not match RapNet's column names.
Use drop-downs to find unmatched columns in your jewelry file.
Columns
RapNet column name: as per the Fields Dictionary.
Your column name: Use the drop-down to select the correct column name and match those listed in the RapNet Column Name.
Sample from your file: Confirm using an example using a value from your jewelry file.
Important:
Once you select a matching column, it is removed from the drop-down list so you can’t select it again.
You only need to match the jewelry fields the first time you upload. RapNet 'remembers' your mapping for next time. If you later change the field names in your CSV file, you will need to re-match again.
Next: only possible when all mandatory fields are correctly matched.
Review Values: Either skip this step, continue importing the file, and fix the value later, or fix all invalid values now before moving on.
Import Summary: this page displays the number of successfully uploaded items and invalid values. On this page, you can:

List jewelry with multiple categories/qualities/metals/gemstones
A jewelry item can be listed with more than one metal type, gemstone, or image, and can also fall into multiple jewelry categories.
Example:
Jewelry Style: Bridal, Eternity and Women.
Metal: Rose gold, white gold and yellow gold, 14k, 18k and 24k
Images: 3 plus a video
Jewelry Category: Women's, Designer Jewelry, and new
List a single jewelry item with multiple categories/qualities/metals/gemstones/ images
List jewelry item/s with multiple categories/qualities/metals/gemstones/ images via CSV jewelry upload:
Example: a jewelry item has multiple gemstones and each gemstone has specific details relating to it, as follows:
The item has a 1ct Pear shaped red ruby and 25 round shaped small diamonds
The item's main gemstone is a diamond with a grading report & report number.
In this case, each gemstone needs its row with its corresponding details. To do this:
Type a gemstone on the same row as the item information and add the corresponding details such as shape/color/lab/carat in the correct cells.
Insert a new row > type in the 2nd gemstone in a new cell directly below the 1st gemstone and type in the additional details for that specific gemstone.
For metals and properties which do not have any corresponding details, type all the properties into one cell, separating each property with a comma.
To add multiple images to a single jewelry item:
If your image file name/s matches your jewelry stock number/s, there is no need to type in the image file name/s into the field "Image File Name". They will automatically connect to your jewelry item. Read more here.
If your image file name/s does not match your jewelry stock number/s find the column name Image File Name and type in the image file name.
Offer multiple delivery locations, payment terms and conditions
Sellers can offer delivery from the jewelry's location to multiple delivery locations, with individual prices, terms, and delivery times based on the delivery location.
Example:
Upload items with multiple delivery locations:
Type in your price/currency (USD only), terms and delivery time
If you deliver to another location, add the delivery location information on the same row using columns: Delivery Location, Delivery Location Price, Delivery Location Currency, Delivery Location Terms, Delivery Location Time
To offer delivery to more locations:
Fixing invalid jewelry lots & the jewelry error file
If your inventory file contains missing or invalid jewelry values, the valid jewelry items will upload successfully and only the jewelry with missing or invalid values will be suppressed.
You can fix the errors either during the upload process itself or after uploading the rest of your valid lots.
We provide you with a jewelry error file to download so you can easily see your errors and where to fix them for re-uploading.
Notes:
The error file is only available once for download so we advise you to save it as soon as you've downloaded it.
The error file is cumulative. This means that errors from different uploads are added to one single error file until that error file is downloaded.
Understanding the error file
The error file is identical to your CSV jewelry file, except for the addition of the first 6 columns with the following data: The date & time that the file was uploaded, the RapNet account where the file was uploaded to, the file name, and the reason for the error.
An asterisk appears in cells with missing mandatory values.
An asterisk followed by the incorrect value appears in cells with invalid values.
When can I find & download the error file?
You can download the error file during the upload process or later on the Upload Multiple Jewelry page.
During upload process:
Upload Multiple Jewelry page > Download Latest Error file
