Jewelry Uploading Rules: Accepted Items, Requirements & Best Practices

Follow these rules to successfully upload your jewelry items to RapNet.

What kind of jewelry can I upload?

We accept a wide range of fine jewelry, including:

  • Diamond and gemstone jewelry

  • Pre-owned or antique jewelry

  • Finished, semi-finished, or unfinished pieces

We do not accept:

  • Loose gemstones

  • Jewelry designs or concepts


Media Requirements

  • At least one image is mandatory. Items without an image (even if they have a video) will not appear in buyer search results.

  • Images must be a minimum size of 1280x1280 pixels.

  • Photograph jewelry on a clean white background.

Best practice: Regularly update your jewelry listings to remove items no longer in stock.


Mandatory Jewelry Fields

Each jewelry item must include:

  • Stock number

  • Jewelry title

  • Jewelry description

  • Jewelry type

  • Jewelry location

  • Jewelry currency

  • Jewelry total price (in USD only)

Recommended Best Practices

  • Keep titles and descriptions clear, accurate, and concise

  • Add detailed information to improve visibility and searchability
