Take a few minutes to set up your RapNet trading preferences and permissions.

Settings & Preferences

  1. Email Notification: Set email notification address for Trade Center.

  2. Positioning: Customize your diamond sizing groups. Click here to read more.

  3. Pricing Options: Decide how Rapaport price list changes affect your diamond listings.

  4. Price Markups: Set up to 5 automatic price markups to mark up prices when showing diamonds to customers. Once your markups are set, activate one and use it when showing diamonds to your customers. Watch the video below and click here to read more about using Access code to mark up diamond prices.

  5. Language: English or Chinese.

  6. Trading Details: Shipping Details, Invoice Template, and Term Sheet for Trade Center

Password & Security

  1. Set Multi-Factor Authentication: Strengthen security on your RapNet account and set up MFA for you and all users on your RapNet account.

  2. API Credentials: Your developer or programmer needs to create a login token to enable them to call one of our secure APIs or SDK packages.


  1. Listings Permission: Grant permission to other members to showcase your RapNet inventory on their retail websites. Read more here.

  2. Blocking: Prevent your listings from being displayed to a specific member or stop seeing a specific member's listings appear in your search results.
