You can control which RapNet members are allowed to display your diamond listings on their e-commerce websites. Whether you want to grant access to all members or just a select few, follow the simple steps below to manage permissions.

Grant Permissions

Watch this video or follow these instructions.

  1. Navigate to Permissions > Listings Permissions.

  2. Choose Your Permission Settings:

    • Allow All Members: Let any member display your listings on their website, except for a few specific members (you can block those you don’t want to permit).

    • Deny All Members: Prevent everyone from displaying your listings, and allow only specific members to do so.

  3. In the Add Specific Members section, type in the first few characters of the RapNet ID, member name, or company name of the member you want to grant permission to.

  4. Click Add to save the permission settings.

Why Use Listing Permissions?

  • Broaden Your Reach: Allowing others to display your listings on their e-commerce sites can increase your visibility and potentially lead to more sales.

  • Control Access: You have the flexibility to control who can showcase your diamonds and who cannot, giving you greater control over your inventory’s exposure.

  • Build Partnerships: This feature is ideal for creating partnerships with trusted members who can help promote your diamonds on their websites.
