Display Your Own Diamonds on Instant Inventory

Yes, you can include your own listed diamonds in your Instant Inventory feed.

Here’s how:

  1. Upload your diamonds to RapNet as usual.

  2. Add a column to your diamond upload file titled Allowraplinkfeed.

  3. Set the value to True for diamonds you want to include in Instant Inventory.

Note: You can also display your diamonds on Instant Inventory without showing them on RapNet. Learn how to do that here.

  • Images: Only images uploaded to RapNet will appear on Instant Inventory.

  • Videos: Check this list of approved video providers for diamond videos.

Do I Need to Pass a Filter in My Feed?

Yes. Instant Inventory requires you to pass at least one filter to retrieve diamond listings via API. There’s no option to pull all listings without filters.

Advanced Filtering & API Customizations

Filtering Options Available in Instant Inventory: You can filter and display:

  • Graded and non-graded diamonds

  • Flawless diamonds or diamonds with fluorescence

  • Diamonds without BGM (brown/green/milky)

  • Depth, table, girdle, and other measurements

Set filters in the widget or API:

  • On the widget, use the Instant Inventory dashboard to choose and customize your filters.

  • With the API, you can implement a broader range of filters and deeper customization.

  4. Your developer must implement the cart logic on your website.
