How can I upload matched pairs of diamonds?
To upload matched pairs, follow these steps:
Single Upload:
Enter the Stock # of the first diamond.
In the Matched Pair field, enter the Stock # of the corresponding diamond.
In the Is Pair Separable field:
Gray (No): The diamonds will only appear in pair searches.
Blue (Yes): The diamonds will appear in both pair and single diamond searches.
Multiple Uploads (RapNet XL or CSV stock file):
Enter the Stock # for each diamond.
In the Pair Stock # field, enter the Stock # of the corresponding diamond.
Set the Is Matched Pair Separable value to:
Yes: The diamonds will show up in both pair and single diamond searches.
No: The diamonds will only show up in pair searches.
If a diamond is marked as non-separable, it will not appear in single diamond searches.
Note: Matched pairs that are marked non-separable do not filter through to the Instant Inventory diamond feed.
How do I set the availability of my diamonds?
You can set the availability of your diamonds with the following statuses:
G (Guaranteed Available): The seller has immediate access to the diamond. Specify the City/State/Location.
STPS (Subject to Prior Sale): The diamond is available, but only if it has not been sold to another party.
Not Available: The diamond will be hidden on RapNet.
How do I list a diamond as "No BGM"?
For a diamond to be recognized as No BGM (No Brown or Green Tinge, No Milky or Cloudy Appearance):
Ensure both the Shade and Milky fields are set to None.
Leaving these fields blank means the diamond's characteristics haven't been specified, and it will not be listed as No BGM.
How do I list an eye-clean diamond?
To list a diamond as eye-clean:
Add the Eye Clean column to your upload with the following acceptable values:
Yes: The diamond is eye-clean.
No: The diamond is not eye-clean.
Borderline: The diamond is borderline eye-clean.
Be sure to also fill in the Shade and Milky fields to ensure the diamond is correctly categorized.
Can I communicate additional information about my diamonds?
Yes, you can use the Member Comment field to add extra details (e.g., Shade, Eye Clean status). However, remember to also fill out the corresponding Shade and Milky fields for the diamond to be recognized as No BGM or Eye Clean.

How can I get an Investment Grade Diamond report?
To receive an RDC (Rapaport Diamond Certificate), the diamond must undergo quality control and physical inspection at RapLab. During this process, the diamond will be evaluated for the following criteria:
No borderline or grading errors by the GIA.
No black center (not graded by GIA).
No shade or tint (not graded by GIA).
No milky appearance (not graded by GIA).
Meets RapSpec specifications.
