How to share a diamond or jewelry item with non-RapNet members

Using RapNet's share buttons, it's easy to share items with your customers. You can send items to targeted customers via an email or a link, or post items on Facebook for visitors while they browse your page.

Once they become leads, you can add them as contacts to your RapNet contacts and send them more items, create follow-ups, and schedule meetings so you don't lose a sale.


Share Items Overview

  • When sending items by email to non-RapNet members:

    • The customer receives the email from the RapNet member's email address listed on the RapNet member’s account. The email does not come from RapNet itself.

    • The email contains a URL link that is live for 48 hours.

    • On the item page, the customer can choose between 2 buttons: 'Like' or 'Send me something else'.

  • When sharing items via a link or posting on social media

    • The posted or shared item is live for 7 days.

    • The item page has an inquiry form allowing the customer to fill out their contact information.

  • You receive a RapNet notification and email whenever a customer responds to a shared item. Click here to set up your notifications.

  • You can deactivate active shared links on the Items Shared page

  • You can always review shared items inside on a special page called the Items Shared page


Share Items via a link

Items sent via a link are great for reaching out to customers.

Once you've generated the link, you can share the item by text, WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.

  1. Open an item page > Click on the Share Link button

  2. Generate Public Link > Hide or mark up the price

  3. Copy/paste the link anywhere on social media

  4. The customer clicks on the link to view item/seller information and fills out the inquiry form with contact information > sends it to the member who shared the item

  5. Customer's Inquiry Email: contains information about the customer and a link to view the diamond/jewelry item page.


Share Items on Facebook

Post diamonds or jewelry on Facebook for visitors while they browse your page. The diamond or jewelry item page contains an inquiry form so the visitor can contact you if interested in the item.

  1. Open an item page > Click on the Facebook button

  2. Share on Facebook > Hide or mark up the price
    Note: Your shared link is live for 7 days

  3. Share items on Facebook using the generated link

  4. Login to your Facebook page > post the link to your item with a message

  5. The customer clicks on the link to view item/seller information and fills out the inquiry form with contact information > sends it to the member who shared the item

  6. RapNet sends you an email and notification about the new Lead’s inquiry


Share Items by email

  1. Open an item page > Click on the share button

  2. Choose recipient:

    1. Select an existing contact

    2. Or create a new contact if the recipient doesn't yet exist in your contacts

      1. Add a new email to create a new contact

      2. Type in their name and additional information. Next time you share an item with this contact, their name appears in the drop-down list

  3. Type Message to the recipient hid or mark up price > Share.

  4. Customers receive an email with a link to the item page > The item page has 2 action buttons: 'Like' or 'Send me something else'.

  5. RapNet emails you with their response.


Share on the RapNet App

All Share options are available on the RapNet app and sync seamlessly.
