Our system updates new diamond data immediately. Updates to existing diamond inventory are updated once a day.
This means that if you upload a diamond inventory file, and the diamond information has not changed, then we do not update the diamond right away and the 'last update' will probably be displayed on RapNet until the daily sync.
The same rule applies to members uploading via API services.
We advise checking back the next day to check 'last update' date has been updated and report to your RapNet Account Manager if the 'last update' date does not change.
