RapNet diamond listings must be updated once a week to ensure they remain active and visible to buyers. If your listings are not updated within 7 days, they will expire and no longer appear in search results.
Reminder:
You will receive an email reminder the day before your diamonds expire, containing a link to your listings on RapNet.
Diamond listings that are not updated, replaced, or refreshed within 7 days will be suspended, and buyers will no longer see them.
Please delete diamonds that have been sold as soon as possible to keep your inventory accurate and up-to-date.
