Customize your RapNet Search Results Table View

Choose from Standard or Compact Table View, or view with larger font

Click on More button and select Table View.

Choose your table view

  • Compact: Fits more data on a page

  • Default: Standard size view

  • Large Fonts: Displays the data in large text. You will view less data per page


Track Diamonds

Track diamonds get saved to your 'Tracked Diamonds' folder and stay there as long as the diamonds remain on RapNet.

Track a single diamond

  1. Click on the diamond you wish to track > diamond data expands

  2. Click the star to track the diamond > A green pop up confirms that you are ‘Now tracking this diamond’

    • Note: Tracked diamonds is limited to 120 diamonds


Track multiple diamonds

  1. Select the diamonds you want to track

  2. Click More> add the tracked diamonds to a specific group or create a new group

  3. Track Selected > Pop up confirms that you are ‘Now tracking these diamonds’


Your Tracked Diamonds Folder

  1. Actions

    1. Edit to change the name of the tracked diamonds group

    2. Delete this group of tracked diamonds

  2. View tracked diamonds on search results page


Contact the RapNet Supplier

Gallery view: Hover over the image to contact seller directly.

Table View: Click on the diamond to expand full diamond details > Contact Seller

Mark up diamond prices to show your customers

You can add your price margin and remove the RapNet supplier information when showing RapNet diamonds to your customer.

There are 2 methods:

  1. Access Code via the search engine page.

  2. Markup from the search results page to email/print out for your customer.


Access Code on diamond search engine page:

  1. Set up and activate one mark up in RapNet's Price Mark up section.

  2. Go to the diamond search > type in your search parameters > scroll down to Advanced > Access Code

  3. Type in the Access Code name currently activated in the price mark up preferences

  4. Hit Search

    Note: Only one access code can be activated at a time. Click here to set up and activate an access code.

  5. Search results

    1. Filter tags at the top of the page display text "RAC:Ver.22. + the access code name" which you used.

    2. RapNet seller's name replaced with seller's RapNet account number.

    3. Diamond's price is marked up

    4. Seller details hidden


Markup prices from the diamond search results page to email/print out for your customer

  1. Diamond Search Results page > Select diamonds > More > Export/Print Selected

  2. Choose columns to show customer > add your Markup Percent

  3. Print diamonds/Save/Email/Export to Excel

Export Diamonds Search Results to XL or CSV

Note: Only Jeweler, Dealers and Primary Suppliers can export diamond search results to CSV.

  1. Select your diamonds

  2. Choose your preferred layout and columns before exporting to CSV

We send you a notification when you report is ready, which takes you to the Reports Center, where you can download your results to CSV

NOTE:

  1. The export function includes all diamond details except information about the seller and grading report (certificate) ID

  2. If your CSV diamond file exports in a strange format, please read this article for guidance how to fix


You can select up to 250 diamonds results and either:

  • Custom print

  • Save as a PDF

  • Email a contact

  • Export to Excel/CSV - Jeweler, Dealers and Primary Suppliers only


  1. Select your diamonds

  2. Choose your preferred layout and columns before printing

Compare Diamonds

Create a diamond feature comparison table places to display diamond specifications side by side, clearly displaying which diamonds meet your criteria and which ones do not.
Note: You must select a minimum of 2 diamonds.


Add Diamonds to Comparison Table

Add Single Diamond to Comparison Table:

  1. Select single diamond

  2. Compare

Add Multiple Diamonds to Comparison Table:

  1. Select multiple diamonds using the tick box on the left hand side of the diamonds > More

  2. Add to Compare


The Diamond Comparison Table

Go to More -> Compare (4/10), or the amount of diamonds you have compared.
RapNet diamond feature comparison table opens up in a new tab.

  1. View compared diamonds side by side

  2. Delete a diamond or pin it. Pinning a diamond moves the diamond up to the front of the comparison table

  3. Contact Seller

  4. Toggle across to view more of your compared diamonds
