Share Items Overview
When emailing items to non-RapNet members:
Emails are sent from the RapNet member's listed email address, not from RapNet directly.
The email includes a live URL link valid for 48 hours.
The customer can choose between the 'Like' or 'Send me something else' buttons on the item page.
When sharing items via a link or on social media
The shared item remains live for 7 days.
The item page features an inquiry form for customers to provide contact information.
Receive RapNet notifications and emails for customer responses; set up notifications here.
Deactivate active shared links on the Items Shared page.
Review shared items on the dedicated Items Shared page.

Share items seamlessly via generated links. Spread the link through various channels like text, WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype, and more.

Open an item page > click on either the link or the Facebook icon.
Generate Public Link > Hide or mark up the price
Share
Link: Copy/paste the link anywhere on social media
Facebook: Post the link to your item with a message
A customer clicks on the link to view item/seller information and fills out the inquiry form with contact information > sends it to the member who shared the item
Customer's Inquiry Email: contains information about the customer and a link to view the diamond/jewelry item page.
Share Items by Email

Open an item page > Click on the share button
Choose a recipient or create a new contact if the recipient doesn't yet exist in your contacts
Add a new email to create a new contact
Type in their name and additional information. Next time you share an item with this contact, their name appears in the drop-down list
Type Message to the recipient hid or mark up price > Share.
On the page, they encounter two action buttons: 'Like' and 'Send me something else'. RapNet promptly notifies you via email with their response.

All Share options are available on the RapNet app and sync seamlessly.
