You can cancel your RapNet membership directly from your account.
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Plans & Purchase: https://trade.rapnet.com/#/settings/plans
Open Billing and payment
Click Cancel subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
If you have multiple plans or add-ons, make sure you select the correct subscription before cancelling.

Important
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 10 business days before the next billing cycle
After cancelling, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period
Refunds and annual plans
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds
For annual plans, cancellation changes take effect at the end of the billing cycle
If an annual plan is cancelled early, pricing is recalculated based on the standard monthly rate for the period used
After 6 months of use, annual plans are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund
Partial months are counted as full months
