Invoicing

Invoicing depends on whether you pay monthly or yearly for your Rapaport/RapNet subscription. We’ll cover each one below and what you can expect to see on your invoice.

Pay monthly subscriptions (RapNet only)

If you pay monthly for your RapNet subscription, we will charge your card each month, a couple of days before your renewal date.

You'll receive a receipt that includes your core plan and any add-ons you've added to your plan.

  • Log in to your Rapaport Account and go to your Plans and Purchase page.

  • Review your current plan(s), add any additional packages if needed, and complete the renewal process.

Pay yearly subscriptions

If you pay yearly for your Rapaport or RapNet subscription, you’ll receive an email reminder with a payment link before your renewal date.

Auto- renew accounts are also emailed in advance of their renewal date, and are charged automatically a couple of days later.

You'll receive a receipt that includes your core plan and any add-ons you've added to your plan.

Payments

Your invoice should be paid using a credit card.
