One Month Before Your Renewal Date: You will receive an email with instructions on how to renew your membership(s).
RapNet members also get an online alert when logging into RapNet.
How to Renew Your Membership
You can renew your RapNet or Rapaport Price List membership through the following steps:
Online (Credit Card):
Log in to your Rapaport Account and go to your Plans and Purchase page.
Review your current plan(s), add any additional packages if needed, and complete the renewal process.
Checks or Wire Transfer: If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please reach out to your customer support agent. Alternatively, you can chat with us online or contact us through any of the following methods: Contact Us.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa Debit. For security reasons, never email your credit card information.

RapNet Payment Plan
Monthly Payments with Annual Commitment: Required to pay by credit card and will automatically renew until you request cancellation.
Annual Payment: We recommend paying annually to save 9 - 15%, based on your chosen plan.
