Managing Your Gemstone Listings

The Manage My Gems tab provides all the tools you need to efficiently oversee your inventory. From publishing updates to sorting and exporting data, these features make it easy to maintain an organized and accurate inventory.

  1. Filters: Refine your view to quickly locate specific gemstones:

    1. Search by category, shape, or color.

    2. Filter by price range or stock status (published or unpublished).

    3. Combine multiple filters for a more targeted search.

  2. Select one or multiple Gemstones

  3. Bulk Actions:

    1. Edit, Publish/Unpublish, Change Gemstone Status, or Delete multiple items in one go.

    2. Export Stock to CSV

    3. Update Button: RapNet listings are only active for 7 days unless refreshed/re-uploaded.

Refresh the listings periodically to ensure your stock is displayed on RapNet.

    4. Sorting Options: Organize your gemstones for easy browsing:

      • By Price: Low to high or high to low.

      • By Weight: Lightest to heaviest or vice versa.

      • By Date: Newest to oldest to highlight recent additions.

  4. Publish or Unpublish Listings: Easily control the visibility of your gemstones:

    1. Use the radio button to publish or unpublish listings.

    2. Important: Listings without required media (images or videos) are automatically unpublished. Ensure all items include complete media to stay active.

Delete Gemstones

  1. Delete Single Gemstone: Hover over the row > click on the garbage can icon to delete the selected gemstone. [Notice the 'edit' and 'search' icons appear as well.]

  2. Delete Multiple Gemstones: see Bulk Actions in number 3 above.

Best Practices

  • Regularly update your inventory to maintain accuracy.

  • Use high-quality images to make your listings more appealing.

  • Take advantage of filters and sorting to quickly find and manage items.

With these tools, managing your gemstone listings is straightforward and efficient. Stay consistent in using these features to provide an excellent experience for buyers.
