Can customers search by certificate number?
No. Instant Inventory does not currently support searching by certificate number, either through the widget or the API.
Can customers filter by country or city?
No. Location-based search (e.g., by country or city) is not supported in the Instant Inventory widget or API.
Why am I only seeing 100 diamonds in my search results?The
Instant Inventory API and widget both limit the number of diamonds returned per request to 100 listings.
If your feed has more than 100 diamonds, you need to paginate your results:
Page 1 = results 1–100
Page 2 = results 101–200, and so on.
Can my staff use Instant Inventory in-store?
Yes. Your staff can use your Instant Inventory feed on your website just like any customer. They can:
Search for diamonds or jewelry items > click Make an Inquiry
Fill in the customer’s contact information > Send
This is a convenient way to assist walk-in clients using your digital inventory.
