A single item can be listed with more than one metal type, gemstone or image, and can also fall into multiple jewelry categories.

For all metals and properties which do not have any other related entities, you can type all the properties into one cell, separating each property with a comma.
If a gemstone has properties relating to it, for example Lab report number, then each gemstone should be on a new row, directly below the item, as follows:
Type in item information and one gemstone with corresponding properties
Insert a new row > type in the 2nd gemstone in a new cell directly below the 1st gemstone.
Type in the additional details such as shape/color/lab/carat for gemstones.
