Managing Your Jewelry Listings on RapNet (Web & App)

Edit, update, publish, or delete your jewelry listings from RapNet’s website or mobile app

Whether you're managing a handful of jewelry items or a large inventory, RapNet makes it easy to stay in control.

From the Manage My Jewelry page, you can edit listings, update statuses, refresh items, export to CSV, or remove items — either individually or in bulk. You can also access and manage your jewelry from the RapNet mobile app for on-the-go updates and sharing.

Use this guide to learn how to manage your jewelry listings effectively across both the web and the app.

Manage Jewelry on RapNet Web

View and Navigate Your Jewelry Listings

  1. Go to Manage My Jewelry

  2. Filter and find specific jewelry items using search filters.

  3. Choose between List View and Gallery View.

  4. Sort your inventory by:

    • Newest or oldest items

    • High to low/low to high price

  5. Oven individual items

  6. Share listings via email or link (select and click the More button)

Jewelry Listing Actions (Single or Bulk)

Select one or more listings to take the following actions via the More button or individual icons: Edit, Export to CSV, Publish / Unpublish, Track, Share (via link, email, or export), Delete, Share via Link or Email.

Edit Jewelry Listings

You can edit jewelry one by one or in bulk:

Edit One by One

  1. Hover over the item/row

  2. Click the pencil icon to open the edit page

  3. Make your changes and click Save

Edit Multiple Listings Using CSV

  1. Go to Manage My Jewelry

  2. Click Select All or manually select listings

  3. Click More > Export All

  4. Edit your jewelry in the exported CSV

  5. Re-upload the updated file to RapNet

Publish or Unpublish Jewelry

To control whether a jewelry item appears in search results:

  1. Filter your listings by Published or Unpublished

  2. Select one or more items

  3. Click More > Publish Selected or Unpublish Selected

This does not delete the item — it simply hides it from RapNet’s public search.

Delete Jewelry Listings

You can delete single or multiple jewelry items:

  • Single Delete: Hover over the item or row and click the Delete icon

  • Bulk Delete:

    1. Select multiple listings

    2. Click More > Delete Selected

Export Jewelry to CSV

Export your jewelry listings for offline editing or sharing:

  1. Go to Manage My Jewelry

  2. Select listings (or select all)

  3. Click More > Export All

A CSV file of your selected jewelry will download to your device.

My Jewelry on the RapNet App

You can upload and manage your jewelry listings from your smartphone:

Find and View Jewelry

  • Open the RapNet app > 3 dot-menu

  • Tap Jewelry > Manage My Jewelry or Upload Jewelry

Actions on the App

Tap on any jewelry item to:

  • Share with RapNet Contacts or generate a link

  • Add to a List

  • Unpublish or Publish

  • Edit or Delete

You can also filter and search to quickly find specific items.
