RapNet Lists is your collaboration tool for streamlining communication and speeding up trades. Whether you’re buying or selling, Lists helps you organize diamonds and jewelry into shared collections where you and other RapNet members can comment, discuss, and take action together.
What Are RapNet Lists?
RapNet Lists let you:
Create and organize diamond and jewelry lists
Add multiple items at once
Share lists with other RapNet members
Chat and comment directly on items or the whole list
Add collaborators to join the conversation
Work seamlessly between web and mobile
Whether you're curating selections for a client, reviewing inventory with a colleague, or sharing stones with a potential buyer, Lists makes collaboration simple and effective.
Accessing Lists
On Web
Navigate to: Diamonds > Lists
From here, access:
My Lists – Lists you’ve created
Shared with Me – Lists others have shared with you
On App
There are two entry points:
From the Dashboard, tap Lists
From the Menu, tap People > Lists
Each list has three tabs:
Items – View, add, or remove items
Comments – Chat about the list
Collaborators – Manage participants
Creating and Managing Lists
Create a New List
Web: Select items in search results, click the three-dot menu, and choose Add to List. You can create a new list or add to an existing one.
App: Tap + from the My Lists tab, name your list, and start adding items.
Add Items to a List
From the search results or item page, select items and tap Add to List
Within an existing list, tap + and search by Lot # or Lab Report #
Note: You can combine diamonds and jewelry on the same list.
Add or Remove Collaborators
Only list creators can manage collaborators.
Web: Go to your list > click + under Collaborators > select RapNet members
App: From the Collaborators tab, tap to add or remove members
Collaborators receive a notification and can begin commenting immediately.
Commenting
Keep discussions organized:
Add general comments on the Comments tab
Comment on a specific item by clicking the quote bubble next to it
On Web
On App
Rename or Export Lists
Web: Go to list Actions > Rename or Export to Excel
App: Rename only. (Export is not available on mobile)
Only the list creator can rename the list. The new name is visible to all collaborators.
Leaving or Deleting Lists
Leave a list shared with you via the list’s options menu (not available to the list owner)
Delete items via the delete button next to each item
Delete a list entirely (web only): Go to Actions > Delete List
Note: Lists cannot be deleted on the app
Lists Notifications
RapNet sends alerts when:
You’re added as a collaborator
Someone adds items or comments to a shared list
Web & App Notifications
Manage notifications in your Account Settings > Notification Settings
View shared lists under the Shared with Me tab
