You can integrate your RapNet Instant Inventory feed with most major website builders using our widget or API (diamonds only).

This article walks you through the basic steps for embedding Instant Inventory into popular platforms like Shopify, Wix, WordPress (WooCommerce), and Magento, along with tips for using visual editors like Elementor and GoDaddy.

Note:

  • If you're using the widget, no coding knowledge is needed. Just copy and paste the code into your website.

  • For diamond APIs, you’ll need developer support and API credentials.

Shopify Integration

  1. Go to Instant Inventory > Actions > Publish to My Website > Copy Script

  2. In your Shopify site, go to Add Page > Content

  3. Click the <> icon to switch to HTML view

  4. Paste the full script into the code widow and Save

Note: If the widget isn’t displaying properly, click here for guidance.

Wix Integration

  1. Go to Instant Inventory > Actions > Publish to My Website > Copy Script

  2. Open your Wix Editor > Site Actions > Edit Site > go to your website

  3. Click Add > Embed > Custom Embed > HTML iframe

  4. Click Enter Code > Paste the Instant Inventory Script > click Apply > Then Publish (top right of page)

  5. In RapNet, go to your Instant Inventory settings and:

    • Paste your Wix URL in the Website URL field

    • Add .filesusr.com to the end
      (e.g., www-example-com.filesusr.com)

  6. Save

WordPress (WooCommerce) Integration

You can embed your widget on any WordPress site.
However, please note:

  • GoDaddy Basic plans don’t support Instant Inventory. You’ll need the WordPress Manager add-on.

  • Elementor requires a paid subscription for widget embedding.

  • Google Sites is not compatible.

To integrate:

  1. Go to Instant Inventory > Actions > Publish to My Website

  2. Copy the script

  3. In WordPress, edit your page in HTML view (or use a custom HTML block)

  4. Paste the code and Update/Save

Magento or Other Platforms

Magento and most custom e-commerce platforms support Instant Inventory through:

  • The Widget Script

  • Or the Diamond API

Use the API only if you’re integrating the diamond feed and have development resources. Jewelry feed is widget-only.
