What are Member Ratings and how do they work?
RapNet Ratings are made up of comments and ratings left by other RapNet members you've bought from or sold to.
These comments and ratings affect your reputation as a trader. RapNet member ratings encourage a safe and responsible trading environment. You are encouraged to rate other members for each buy and sell transaction.

Go to your profile > click on
Ask for endorsement
Ask for feedback
Type in the company name of RapNet ID > Send Request
Rate a member
Search for a member in the Member Directory > Click the company name to view the member's full profile

+Endorsement
Write your feedback and click SUBMIT RATING.
Note: The comment field is mandatory and you must agree to the Terms and Conditions before rating a member.
Negative Ratings
Members should do their utmost to try and resolve any issues that they may have with other RapNet members before leaving negative or neutral comments.
Once a negative rating is posted, we email the other party notifying them that a negative rating was posted on RapNet and giving them 48 hours to respond before publishing the negative rating live on RapNet.
