Manage your RapNet Team's Users

Add or remove users on your RapNet account, update user information and add a user's photo ID

RapNet members are offered additional user accounts (for $159) to partners or employees within the company.

We require proof of the additional user's employment, before being able to process any additional user - see more on this below.

Only Primary Account holders can add or de-activate users, edit and update user information and add photo IDs.

Add a New User

  1. Click on your Profile Picture on the right hand side.

  2. From the dropdown menu click on Profile

  3. Choose the tab called RapNet Users

4. Complete the information in pop up box as seen below and click Save & Next

5. Define the permissions for the user and click Save & Next

6. The Primary Account holder can edit additional user account information and upload a scanned copy of the Government issued ID for each user's compliance.

**Note: The I.D. must include the user's picture.

7. Click "Submit." Your new user request will be forwarded to your account manager at RapNet for review. They will evaluate the documentation and respond promptly.

Deactivate a user

  1. Click on the RapNet Users tab in your profile (as you did to Add a User above)

  2. Choose the user and click on the clipboard icon of the user you wish to deactivate

3. From the details tab you can make the user inactive or remove them.

**Note that we do not allow name changes for existing users. If the RapNet user has changed, please create a new user. Once approved, we will remove this user from your account.

** Note Only Primary Account holders can edit each user's details and set permissions for each user on your RapNet account.

How long does it take to approve new users on my account?

  1. All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval. This can take a day or two to update on RapNet.

  2. We require proof of the additional user's employment, before being able to process any additional user. We accept either a pay stub or letter from the company owner on letterheaded paper, signed, dated & stamped. A Bourse card with the name of the additional user and the company is also acceptable.

  3. The cost for each additional user is $159 per year.
