Your RapNet profile consists of two key components: your company profile and your personal profile. Both are essential for building trust, ensuring visibility, and making the most of the platform. Follow this guide to set up and update each profile.
Setting Up Your Company Profile
Your company profile provides a clear overview of your business and is visible to other RapNet members. It's important to ensure that your company's details are complete and up to date.
Access Your Company Profile: Go to Account Settings > Company Profile.
Add Basic Information: Include your company name, contact details, and business address. Make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Upload Your Company Logo: Add your company logo for branding purposes. This helps potential buyers or sellers recognize your business on RapNet.
Add Additional Company Details: Fill out the fields for your business type, services, and any relevant certifications or affiliations.
Save Changes: Once you've entered all your information, click Save to update your company profile.
Setting Up Your Personal Profile
Your personal profile helps you connect with other RapNet users and provides an overview of your role within your company. This is where you can manage your personal information and visibility.
Access Your Personal Profile: Go to Profile > Personal Profile.
Add Your Personal Information
Upload a Profile Picture: You can upload a professional photo to personalize your profile. A good profile picture helps create trust with other members.
Save Changes: Once your personal profile is complete, click Save to finalize the setup.

Important Notes About Making Profile Changes:
Only the Primary Account Holder can make changes to your company profile.
All account updates require approval from your RapNet Account Manager and may take 1–2 business days.
Updating your local office address requires submitting a valid, up-to-date business license.
Changes to your company name or country cannot be made directly. Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
