Set up your RapNet Profile

How to set up, edit or update your company profile, your account information, and Primary Account holder details

It's important to set up your RapNet profile and ensure that all your company and personal information is always up to date.


Company & Personal Profile

Click on your profile > Profile > Update your Company Profile or your Personal Profile.

If you are the Primary Account holder, you will also be able to update the users on your account.


Update Account Information

  1. Go to your Company Profile > Upload your company logo.

  2. Update company information and description

  3. Request feedback from RapNet members who you've traded with on RapNet.

  4. Click on "Settings & Preferences" in the top bar to open additional important settings and complete the tabs.

  5. A) Notifications - Select your notification preferences

    B) Positioning - Set customization for your diamond groups for ranking and positioning on RapNet

    C) Trading Details - Trading terms and company information (Primary Supplies and Dealers only)

    D) Shipping Details - Shipping details that customers need to know (Primary Supplies and Dealers only)

    E) Pricing Options - Option to set rules to determine how changes in the Rapaport Price List should affect your diamond listings.

    F) Price Markup - Create up to five rules that can be applied when showing prices to your customers.

    G) Language - Select your choice of language

  6. Don't forget to set your Personal Profile too. Edit personal contact information and contact information for the Primary Account holder and additional users.  Updating your email address affects all RapNet notifications.

Note:

  1. Only Primary Account holders can make changes to the account.

  2. All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval.  This can take a day or two.

  3. We require an updated business license before approving changes to your local office address. 

  4. We are unable to approve changes to your company name and country location.  Please be in touch with your Account Manager to help you with this.

  5. Please contact us to update the company name code which is the name appearing alongside your diamond listings. What is this? Learn more here
