It's important to set up your RapNet profile and ensure that all your company and personal information is always up to date.
Company & Personal Profile
Click on your profile > Profile > Update your Company Profile or your Personal Profile.
If you are the Primary Account holder, you will also be able to update the users on your account.
Note:
Only Primary Account holders can make changes to the account.
All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval. This can take a day or two.
We require an updated business license before approving changes to your local office address.
We are unable to approve changes to your company name and country location. Please be in touch with your Account Manager to help you with this.
