This reference list outlines the accepted fields and values for uploading gemstones to RapNet, ensuring your data is correctly formatted for a smooth upload process.

Important:

  • Gemstones missing mandatory fields and/or values will not upload to RapNet.

  • Fields or values not supported by RapNet will not be included in the details of the gemstone item.

  • Gemstones without images will not be published on RapNet.

Media Requirements

Uploading media (image or video) is not mandatory, but at least one image or video is required to publish your gemstone.

Conditional Mandatory Fields

If you select a Lab, you must enter a Lab Name and a Lab Report Number. If the Lab Report Number is not provided, the Lab will not be displayed.
