If this happens, compare your Instant Inventory value parameters against the ones the programmer has set on your website.

For example, on your Instant Inventory diamond rule, you've chosen 0.10 - 5ct, D-M, FL - SI2, Excellent - Good

But your programmer has set different filters to display on your website: 0.20 - 4ct, D-J, IF-SI2.

To avoid this problem, the account holder must give all value parameters to the developer before the developer begins work on the website.

Note: This problem will not happen for members using the instant inventory widget on their website but might occur for those using our API.
