The Instant Inventory dashboard is where you manage your diamond and jewelry feeds. It provides tools to customize your widget, publish it to your website, and manage your rules and inventory.
Dashboard Overview:
Summary: View a summary of your rules, diamonds, and suppliers.
Actions:
Customize Design: Update your widget theme.
Publish to My Website: Publish your feed on your website.
Delete Feed: Delete your Instant Inventory feed.
Preview: Check how your widget displays on the web and mobile.
Settings: Update your company information, contact details, website, and currency.
Rules/Own Stock: Review your rules and upload your own stock.
Managing Instant Inventory Rules:
You can add, edit, or delete rules at any time. Each rule’s inventory has a status to show whether it's included in the Instant Inventory:
Completed: Inventory is included, meaning the rule is active with set criteria, suppliers, and markup.
Incomplete: Inventory is not included, and the rule needs completion.
How to Manage Rules:
Add a New Rule:
Go to your dashboard and choose your feed.
Click View and Edit.
Click + New Rule to add a new rule.
Edit an Existing Rule:
Choose your feed from the dashboard.
Hover over the rule you want to edit and click Edit.
Delete a Rule:
Choose your feed from the dashboard.
Hover over the rule you want to delete and click Delete.
Update Instant Inventory Settings
To manage your settings, go to your Instant Inventory dashboard, click View and Edit, and click the pencil icon next to Settings to make changes.
