Post a Buy Request
Tap ➕ in the Buy Request tab
Choose type:
Public – Visible to all members with company info
Private – Only you see it, but you still get notifications
Anonymous – Visible, but the company is hidden
Set:
Notification preference (None / Immediately / Daily)
Expiry (max 2 weeks)
Fill diamond specs (Shape, Color, Clarity, Location)
Tap Add Buy Request
Tip: Avoid broad requests, or you won’t get auto-matches.
Manage Responses to Your Buy Requests
View seller responses, diamonds, or messages
Filter to see only Buy Requests with responses
Respond Tabs:
Responses: View by seller with chat
Matches: View matching diamonds, with source icon:
R = auto-matched by RapNet
Arrow = seller response
Search icon = you found it
Tap ⋮ next to a diamond to:
Message Seller
Add to List
View Diamond Page
Reject
Select multiple to take bulk actions
Edit or Renew a Buy Request
Go to the My Requests tab
Tap ⋮ next to the Buy Request
Tap Edit or Renew
Make changes > Tap Save
Respond to Buy Requests (Sellers)
Tap a matching Buy Request from All Requests
Use the My Listings tab to:
Filter and select diamonds
Tap Add Selected
Add a message > Tap Send Response
To chat only, tap Add Response and write a message
Update a response anytime:
Open the Buy Request > Tap your response
Add more diamonds or update the chat
Track Responses You’ve Made
Filter All Requests > Select Responded Buy Requests
Tap a Buy Request to:
View your past responses
See the offered diamonds
Continue chatting
