RapNet diamond listings must be updated once a week otherwise they expire and no longer appear in the search results.

We will send you a reminder email the day before your diamonds expire with a link to your listings on RapNet.

  • Diamond listings that are not replaced, updated, or refreshed every 7 days are suspended whereupon buyers no longer see those diamonds in their search results.

  • Please delete diamonds that are sold as soon as possible.

Read on to find out how, or jump to a section using these links:

Update your diamond listings

  • If there are no changes to your inventory, go to Manage My Diamonds > click ‘update’. This refreshes them for another week.

  • If there are changes to your inventory:

    • Update your inventory file: open your diamond inventory file > edit the file > re-upload to RapNet.

    • If you do not have an inventory file, you can either:

      • Update listings one by one: Go to your listings on the app or RapNet website:

        • Go to Manage My Diamonds > filter and find the diamond you want to edit

        • Hover over the diamond row > click the edit button > edit and save or delete

      • Export your diamonds into a CSV file, edit and re-upload:

        1. Go to Manage My Diamonds > Click Export > Export All

        2. Your diamond listings export to CSV

        3. Edit the file > Re-upload to RapNet

Edit a single diamond listing

  1. Go to Manage My Diamonds > hover over the row and click on the pencil

  2. Edit the diamond's details.

  3. Click Save Lot to save the changes.

Delete a diamond listing

  1. Go to Manage My Diamonds > select a diamond

  2. Delete
