Once the problem has been submitted, our support team will investigate the issue and work with the supplier to correct the listing.

  1. Click More

  2. Report incorrect listing > fill out the form explaining why the diamond is incorrectly listed

  3. Fill out the form explaining what is wrong with the diamond listing and click Send
