If you notice a diamond listing is displaying incorrect information, you can flag it to notify us of the error via the App or the Web.
Once the problem has been submitted, our support team will investigate the issue and work with the supplier to correct the listing.
Report an incorrect listing via the Web
From the Image Diamond Page click on the three dots on the right hand side
From the dropdown menu select Report Incorrect Listings
Fill out the form explaining why the diamond is incorrectly listed and click Send

Select Report Incorrect listing > fill out the form explaining why the diamond is incorrectly listed and click Send
