This article explains how to set up multi-factor authentication for RapNet.
We offer 2 Authentication Methods: Authentication App or Mobile Phone.
We recommend that you use an Authentication App to set up your RapNet MFA.
Download Google Authenticator to your Phone
Note:
Only the Primary Account Holder can enable MFA on your RapNet Account.
You can ask RapNet to remember you for 30 days, eliminating the need for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) every time you log in.
This works if you don’t clean your cookies within that time.
Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication on your RapNet Account
To improve privacy and security for users, Primary Account holders can enable Multi-Factor Authentication on their accounts, including all their users.

Set up MFA from your mobile phone or a new device
If you have a smartphone or are signing into your RapNet account for the first time on a new computer, you'll be prompted to enter your password plus the temporary verification code sent to your smartphone.
Once signed in, you won’t be asked for a verification code on that device again unless you sign out completely, erase the device, or change your password for security reasons.
