If the supplier uploads the images and/videos to RapNet, they will display on item page and when shared externally.
If the image or video can only be viewed externally [out of RapNet], then the image/video cannot be viewed on a shared item page.

All jewelry item pages include minimum one image which can be viewed on the item page and when shared externally.
