This guide covers how to control the table and work with diamonds directly from it.
Customise your table
You can adjust the table layout to match how you work:
Show or hide columns
Reorder columns by dragging them
Resize columns to fit your screen
Sort any column
Your preferences are saved automatically for your login.
Select diamonds
You can select multiple diamonds and work with them together.
Select up to 250 diamonds, including across multiple pages
A counter shows how many are selected
Use Deselect All to clear your selection
Selections can span across pages, up to the limit.
Work with selections
Once selected, you can:
Compare diamonds: watch explainer video
Track them
Contact sellers
This allows you to act on multiple diamonds at once.
Quick actions in the table
You can act on diamonds without opening them fully.

Assign colours
Hover to preview or edit notes
Like or Dislike diamonds
These actions are available directly from the table.
Visual indicators
The table shows your activity as you work:
Grey row – when hovering
Light blue row – diamonds already opened
Notes and tracking
You can add personal notes to any diamond.
Add notes directly from the table
Use colours to organise
Hover to view, edit, or delete
Notes are private and can be accessed later.
Adjust columns directly
You can modify the layout without opening settings:
Drag columns to reorder
Resize columns by dragging edges
Some columns (such as Supplier or Status) remain fixed.
Focus mode
Focus Mode lets you work without distractions.
Switch to full-screen view
Continue selecting and acting on diamonds
Toggle between light and dark display
Share with customers
You can markup and share diamonds directly from search results.
Send via email, link, WhatsApp, SMS, or Facebook
Control what your customer sees
Add or hide markup
Links remain active for 7 days.
Mark up prices
You can apply markup when viewing or sharing diamonds.
Enter an access code in the search
Or use saved markup rules in Settings
This allows you to present diamonds with your pricing while hiding supplier details.
