Sometimes, diamonds or jewelry may seem to display lower prices than what you set for them. Why does this happen

When setting up your Instant Inventory, you choose a pricing strategy for each Instant Inventory by creating rules.

You can have multiple rules within each Instant Inventory feed.

Sometimes, diamonds or jewelry overlap into more than one rule and when this happens, we will always show the lower priced item.

Example: You can have one rule priced with a 20% mark-up plus $10, and, another rule priced with a 30% mark-up plus $20.

If a diamond falls into both rules, it will be shown with the (lower) 20% mark-up plus $10 will show by default.
