This guide covers how to search effectively, why certain parameters are grayed out, and how to report incorrect listings.

Unable to find a diamond on RapNet

If your search doesn’t return the diamond you need, try posting a Buy Request. This alerts sellers on RapNet that you’re actively looking for a specific diamond.

Cut Parameter Grayed Out

When searching for fancy-shaped diamonds, the Final Cut parameter is disabled because grading labs typically do not provide cut grades for fancy shapes, only for round diamonds.
