If your diamond has been re-cut and re-graded, but the old report is still displaying on RapNet, follow these steps to refresh it:

Go to RapNet → <a href="https://trade.rapnet.com/#/mylistings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Manage Listings</a>.

Select the diamond(s) you want to update.

Click Actions → Refresh Selected Certs.

2. Select the diamond(s) you want to update.
3. Click Actions → Refresh Selected Certs.

This feature is available only for GIA, HRD, and IGI reports. Updates may take a few hours to process.
