Manage your RapNet Team's Users

Add or remove users on your RapNet account, update user information and add a user's photo ID

  • RapNet additional user accounts are given to partners or employees within the company.

  • We require proof of the additional user's employment, before being able to process any additional user - see more on this below.

  • Only Primary Account holders can add or de-activate users, edit and update user information and add photo IDs.

Add a new user

  1. My Account & Settings

  2. Members section > click +Add Member

  3. Type in the RapNet member’s contact details > Save.

  4. Sign the RapNet Member Application & Agreement.

  5. Go back and Edit the new user > upload the Government-issued photo ID required for compliance purposes.


Deactivate a user

  1. Go to your company profile

  2. Members > Find user > Edit

  3. Move the slider to deactivate the user from your account


Upload Government-issued photo ID

The Primary Account holder can edit additional user account information and upload a scanned copy of the Government issued ID for each user's compliance.

  1. Go to Profile > RapNet Users

  2. Click on the user and upload the Government-issued photo ID. Note: The I.D. must include the user's picture.


Update an additional user's permission

Only Primary Account holders can edit each user's details and set permissions for each user on your RapNet account.

  1. Go to your Profile > RapNet Users

  2. Click on the user > Permissions Tab


How long does it take to approve new users on my account?

  1. All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval. This can take a day or two to update on RapNet.

  2. We require proof of the additional user's employment, before being able to process any additional user. We accept either a pay stub or letter from the company owner on letterheaded paper, signed, dated & stamped. A Bourse card with the name of the additional user and the company is also acceptable.

  3. The cost for each additional user is $159 per year.
