It's important to set up your RapNet profile and ensure that all your company and personal information is always up to date.

Go to My Account & Settings -> My Profile to update your account information.
Update Account Information
Upload your company logo.
Update company information and description
Fill in your Trading Terms (Primary Suppliers and Dealers only)
Edit personal contact information and contact information for the Primary Account holder and additional users. Updating your email address affects all RapNet notifications.
Request feedback from RapNet members who you've traded with on RapNet.
Note:
Only Primary Account holders have the ability to make changes to the account
All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval. This can take a day or two.
We require an updated business license before approving changes to your local office address.
We are unable to approve changes to your company name and country location. Please be in touch with your Account Manager to help you with this.
