Not Receiving the Rapaport Price List Email

Not receiving the Rapaport Price List? Learn how to check spam, whitelist, and resolve email blocking or delivery issues.

If you’re not receiving the Rapaport Price List, the cause is usually email filtering or blocking that prevents the message from reaching your inbox.

The Price List is sent from: rapaportpricelist@diamonds.net.

Work through the steps below.

Check the basics first

  • Confirm you’re using the correct email address linked to your RapNet account

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • If the email is there, move it to your inbox and mark it as “Not Spam.”

This tells your email system that Rapaport emails are safe and should be delivered to your inbox in the future.


If nothing shows up

If the email isn’t in your inbox or spam folder, it’s likely being stopped earlier.

Ask your IT team or email provider to:

  • Check if emails are being quarantined or blocked

  • Confirm that messages from Rapaport are allowed through your system


Whitelist Rapaport emails

Have your IT team allow the following:

Domains:

  • diamonds.net

  • rapaport.com

  • rapnet.com

You can also add this address to your contacts or safe sender list.

This ensures future Price List emails are accepted and not blocked or filtered.


If your company filters by domain or IP

Some systems are stricter and require manual allow-listing.

In that case, your IT team may also need to:

  • Allow all emails from: @diamonds.net and rapaport.com

  • Whitelist Rapaport sending IP ranges

Help your inbox recognize future emails

Email systems learn from behavior:

  • Open and click links in Rapaport emails you receive

  • Add Rapaport senders to your contacts

Over time, this reduces the chance of emails being filtered again.
